The 56th Fighter Group menu offers a wide variety of great steaks, chicken, salads, and seafood. The lunch menu offers a selection of sandwiches and entrees to suit any appetite. For dinner, you can enjoy one of the 56th Fighter Group’s signature specialties or any of the delicious steak and chicken entrees that are offered. Sunday Brunch is always a special production at the 56th Fighter Group. The tremendous buffet features a wide variety of items every Sunday and offers a number of wonderful options to appease almost any palate, including features such as made-to-order waffles and omelets, fajita, fresh seafood, and carving stations. The brunch doesn’t stop there though. It also includes fresh breakfast pastries and hot breakfast items, an assortment of fresh salads, a collection of hot seafood and meat dishes, a specialty “junior pilot” station, desserts, cappuccino, juices and champagne. Happy Hour at 56th Fighter Group is the perfect time and place to unwind after a long day. Offered Thursday and Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Happy Hour features incredible drink specials and complimentary hors d’ oeuvres.
